Personal Grievance Claims

If you've been unfairly dismissed, treated badly, or forced to resign due to workplace conditions, you may have good grounds to raise a personal grievance. I'll walk you through the process, explain your rights and help you respond confidently. 

 

Examples of personal grievances:

  • Being forced out (constructive dismissal)

  • Discrimination or harassment

  • Unjustified disadvantage (e.g., being demoted, excluded, or treated unfairly)
